Ortho-SUV Frame Computer-Assisted Fixator

Ortho-SUV Frame is a new generation computer-aided external fixator system for the treatment of deformities. The fact that it can be used with all rings and can be used with many attachments makes OSF the most unlimited computer-aided fixator on the market.

The 7th version of OSF, with its renewed struts, allows building a more rigid and light structure, while it has been released with completely new software.

Properties

Straight & Z plates help to align the strut fixing points by increasing, decreasing or offsetting the strut alignment distance.

All ring types can be used without adding extra data inputs to software thanks to struts, straight and Z-plates.

The two nuts on the strut threaded rod connect struts and control the adjustment mode. When they are in the open position, the strut is in fast mode and can be adjusted quickly. When the nut closest to the length changing unit is locked slow mode (gradual deformity correction mode) is activated the system moves 0.5 mm every quarter turn of the length changing unit. The second nut locks the system completely.
