Properties

  • The same plate is used for right and left applications.
  • The targeting block provides ease of proximal screw delivery.
  • It is used with 3.5 mm locking cortex screws and 4 mm locking cancellous screws.
  • There are suture holes in the proximal part.
  • Proximal locking holes provide diverging screw structures, offering different screw placement options.

 

Indications

It is used in cases of proximal humerus fractures, fracture-dislocations, osteotomies, and nonunion, especially in osteopenic (with poor bone quality) patients.
